Standard Listing: Receive all the benefits outlined in our Seller Benefits Presentation (excluding the options below). List your home for a 7% commission with a $943 transaction/processing fee due at closing.

Certified Pre-Owned Home: Become a VIP Seller and receive everything presented in our Seller Benefits Presentation, including the following:

1. Certified Pre-Owned Home: Your home will be promoted as a Certified Pre-Owned Home, resulting in quicker sales, higher prices, and a smoother process for both the seller and buyer.

2. Prelisting Home Inspection: Your home will undergo a comprehensive inspection by a licensed home inspector, and you'll receive a detailed report before listing. This helps avoid unexpected issues that could delay or jeopardize the transaction, giving you the opportunity to address or disclose them upfront.

3. Seller Warranty: You'll receive a Home Warranty while your home is on the market.

4. Buyer Warranty: The buyer will receive a Home Warranty during the selling process.

5. Buy Back Guarantee: When you sell your home as a Certified Preowned Home, the buyer will enjoy our exclusive 24-month buy-back guarantee. If they are dissatisfied with their purchase, we will either buy it back or sell it for free, providing additional peace of mind and value.

6. High Definition- 360° Interactive Matterport Tour: A Matterport Tour of your home will be showcased on various platforms, including MLS, YouTube, Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and over 3000 syndicated websites.

7. Exclusive Seller App with Feedback: Gain access to a Seller App that provides feedback from showings and allows you to view prospects. Additionally, you can access agent comments on your home (seeing what we see).

8. Up Front Record Search: Your home will undergo a preliminary record search through online public records. The recorded information will be shared with you, contributing to a smoother transaction by addressing any recorded liens, violations, mortgages, or title issues with your title company before going under contract. Please note that certain items, such as unrecorded liens, violations, mortgages, and right of ways, are beyond the scope of this search.

The cost for the Certified Pre-Owned Home option will be 7% at closing, with $1,995 paid upfront and a $943 transaction fee due at closing.
