We recently worked with Joselyne to move from one community to another. Joselyne handled both sides of our transaction, first helping us evaluate and determine what the sales range of our existing home was. She then assisted us in locating and make a good, fair and successful offer on a new home in our desired community. Finally she marketed and sold our existing home at the top of the sales range she had forecast at the start of the process. Throughout the entire process Joselyne was professional and friendly. She made sure we had the information we needed during the process to make sound decisions and she worked tirelessly to sell our home. Joselyne never over promised on what she could deliver, she was always realistic, but in many cases was able to exceed our expectations. If we have another real estate transaction to engage in in the Orlando area, we will definitely be calling Joselyne first.

Joselyne helped us purchase our first home 8 years ago, and assisted us with the sale of that home. Both of those transactions were outstanding We recently were back in the market to purchase a home. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she came back with multiple homes to choose from, as well as pros and cons of each area we were looking at. Joselyne is an extremely talented and knowledgeable realtor. I would recommend her for both buying and selling. She responds promptly and is a supreme negotiator. She helped us to purchase a foreclosed home at auction. This is not an easy process! After the purchase, she help us find a handyman to take care of the repairs necessary. She was with us all the way from beginning to end. She listed and sold our town-home in less than 30 days. The market for town- homes, with high HOA's, is a difficult sell. Joselyne, as always was knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. I know that we would not have been able to get through this without her. You cannot go wrong with someone this professional and knowledgeable.
